Roma Bland (39) of Worthington, WV passed away suddenly December 19, 2017 in a vehicle accident on Rt. 19 near Shinnston, WV.
Roma was born March 9, 1978 in Martinsburg, WV the daughter of Anthony Joseph Sr. (deceased) and Maxine Banks Joseph.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother Maxine Joseph, her brother Anthony Joseph Jr. and many other relatives and friends.
Per the family’s request cremation services were provided and there will be no visitation or service.
