William Jason Toquinto

William Jason Toquinto (45) of Hepzibah, WV passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. Jason was born June 17, 1973 in Clarksburg, WV the son of Janie Yerkey and the late William Franklin Toquinto.

Jason most recently worked as a manager at Paula’s Hot Spot locations in Clarksburg and Fairmont, WV. He also worked as a manager at Tucillo’s Pizza in Clarksburg, WV, and as a cook at Meadowview Manor in Bridgeport, WV and McDonalds of Shinnston. Jason participated in the WV Division of Highways Summer Youth Program.  Jason was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed creating art, drawing, painting, writing poetry, spending time with his family and cooking for everyone at family gatherings. 

Those Jason leaves behind to cherish his memory are; his wife Shadie (Suter) Toquinto, his mother Janie and husband Brad “Mokey” Yerkey of Clarksburg, WV, son Nicholas and daughter Isabella “Izzy” Toquinto both of Hepzibah, WV, sister Stephanie Nichole Toquinto of OK, nephew Derick Stevens, niece Samantha Toquinto, his mother and father in-law John and Margaret Riddle of Spelter, WV, sister-in-law Amy Bell and husband Jon and niece Scarlette “Jojo” Bell of WI, brother in-law James Travis Suter of VA, aunts and uncles; Nancy and Jim Holt of Shinnston, WV, Tony Toquinto of Clarksburg, WV, Sharon and James Woods of KY,  cousins; Melinda Toquinto Alonso and her daughter Nina Alonso, Tim Toquinto and son Camron all of Clarksburg, WV, Jeff and Valerie Toquinto and daughter Jordan of Bridgeport, WV,  his dear friends; Tim and Charlie Hall of WA, Stephanie “Blondie” McDonald of IN, Tina Yeager of Salem, WV, Jimi and Lois Bailey of Clarksburg, WV, and Bob and Helen Casto of Weston, WV

Family will receive friends at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 South Pike St., Shinnston, WV 26431, on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 2:00-8:00pm.  Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday July 31, 2018 at Dorsey Funeral Home at 11:00am with Pastor Sam Cale officiating. In accordance with Jason’s wishes cremation services will be provided following funeral service.
