Shirley Holipski

Shirley M. (Murray) Holipski 76, of Arthurdale passed from this world at Preston Memorial Hospital late on Tuesday June 4th, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 11, 1937 in Sinclair a daughter of the late John Joseph and Mary Elizabeth (Colebank) Murray. She had worked at Sterling Faucet, Westinghouse in Fairmont, and most recently retired as a Kindergarten Teacher's Aid at Valley Elementary School. She enjoyed gardening, canning, yard work, and her grandchildren. Survivors include: one son Gary Holipski and Melissa of Bristol, VA; one daughter Tonya Johnson and Charlie of Reedsville; five grandchildren Cortney Johnson, Ferressa Holipski, Simon Johnson, Joshua Holipski, and Chase Holipski; three brothers Jerry Murray and Norma, Daniel Jack" Murray and Karen, John Murray and Penny Wiles all of Marquess; four sisters Sarah Bolyard and Arnold, Wanda King, Barbara Bolyard and Junior R. all of Marquess, and Sandra Murray of Fellowsville. She was preceded in death by her husband Kaszmier Henry Holipski in 2000 and one brother Ernie Murray. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Arthurdale Heritage P.O.
