Richard "Rick" Duane Phillips, Sr.

Richard “Rick” Duane Phillips, Sr. passed away on October 31, 2024. 

He was born in Clarksburg on October 2, 1945 to the late Haywood Harrison Phillips and Mildred “Sally” (Campbell) Phillips. 

Rick is preceded in death by his siblings:  Doneta Phillips Rigdon, Ronald Phillips and Debby Phillips Baker.

He had one son, Richard Duane Phillips, Jr., who is now deceased.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews and their families.

He served in the US Navy.

He was a former electrician working in Maryland and DC area for the Electrical Union.

He was a Masonic Shriner and VFW Honor Guard at Great Cacapon, WV.
