Richard Alvin LeBlond, 85, of Meadowbrook, formerly of Francis Mines, passed on January 3, 2026 at Genesis Nursing Home – Salem. He was born April 28, 1940 in Fairmont to the late George LeBlond and Nancy Edna (Kerns) LeBlond.
Richard worked as a truck driver for Vic King Trucking.
He is survived by three daughters: Pamela Sue LeBlond of Meadowbrook, Sandra King of Francis Mines and Patty Bowman of Frederickburg, OH; four grandsons: Ricky Craig, David Scale, R.J. Spencer and Jeremy Mills; four granddaughters: Peggy LeBlond, Penny LeBlond, Sarah Wheeler and Melissa Blake as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by his wife, Deloris Jean (Cross) LeBlond; one son, David Allen LeBlond; three brothers: Johnny, Donald and Arthur LeBlond; one sister, Ruth McHenry; two grandsons: Joey Craig and Tommy LeBlond and one great granddaughter, Makayla Mills.
In honoring his wishes, Richard will be cremated with no formal services.
