Regina Kay Ancell, 79, of Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Clarksburg Healthcare. She was born on January 31, 1944 in Clarksburg to the late Jesse K. Myers and Edith (Elder) Myers.
She liked cooking, doing crafts and loved her family and grandchildren.
Regina is survived by five daughters: Rita Robey and husband Kevin of Salem, Rhonda Ancell of Clarksburg, Renee Fortney and husband Doug of Cunningham Rd., Rachelle Griffith and husband Paul of Marshville and Ralanda Wiles of Hepzibah; one son, Rodney Ancell of Reynoldsville; one sister, Dorothy Ringer of Terra Alta; two brothers: Franklin Myers and wife Sharon of AZ and Thomas Myers and wife Thelma of Kingwood; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Leroy Ancell; one son, Ralph Ancell; one sister, Bernice Elder; two brothers: Larry Myers and Bennet Myers and one son in law, Buster Wiles.

Friends and family will be received at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 S. Pike St., on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 11:00am until time of service, 1:00pm with Pastor Kevin Robey officiating. Interment will follow to Lumberport Lions Cemetery.
