Obituary

Myron “Joe” Joseph Bock, 61, of Mannington, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at United Hospital Center.  He was born in Fairmont to the late Larra “Joe” Joseph Bock and Betty (Lindsey) Bock of Mannington.

Joe retired from WV Dept. of Highways as an equipment operator.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his side by side and most of all … spending time with his grandkids.

He is survived by mother, Betty Bock of Mannington; one daughter, Sydney Liggett and husband Cameron of Mannington; one son, Ryan Bock and wife Haley of Mannington; four grandsons:  Colton, Cort and Connor Bock and Noah Liggett all of Mannington; one granddaughter, Cambrie Liggett of Mannington; one brother, Larra C. Bock and wife Dorothy of FL; one sister, Linda Perkins and husband John of St. Marys as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Joe is preceded in death by two brothers:  John and James Bock.

In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated.
