Margaret Ellen Yeager

Margaret Ellen Yeager, 70, of Gypsy passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at United Hospital Center. She was born in Clarksburg on October 2, 1951, the daughter of the late Thomas Newbrough and Vesta Levon Sendling Watts.

Margaret was a wonderful grandmother and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved watching Christmas movies and looked forward to them all year. In her free time, she liked word searches and puzzles and often played her favorite game, Bingo.

Margaret is survived by one daughter, Missy Riffle and husband, Robert, Gypsy; one son, Robert Criss, Jr., Stonewood; two stepsons, Bobby Yeager and wife, Tina, Salem and Bub Yeager, Meadowbrook; two sisters; Kelly Miles, Fairmont, and Crystal Mano, Clarksburg; two granddaughters, Amber Criss, Gypsy, and Ashley Criss, and companion, Josh Breeden, Shinnston; two grandsons, Michael Riffle, and companion, Shelly Long and Bobby Riffle, and companion, Dawn Shears, all of Gypsy;  seven great grandchildren; one special friend, Shannon “Nana” Yeager, whom she cherished very much, of Hughes; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Cozad.

Family will receive friends at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 S. Pike Street, Shinnston, WV 26431, on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Delores White officiating.
