Lisa Sue Morrison

SHINNSTON – Lisa Sue Morrison, 44, of Shinnston, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born November 27, 1975 in Clarksburg, WV, the daughter of the late Carl Sr. and Sharon Regina Cleavenger Morrison.

Those left behind to cherish Lisa’s memory is her longtime companion of twenty six and a half years, Harry Ferrell of Shinnston; one son, Bryan Morrison and companion William Soles of Shinnston; two daughters, Amy Morrison and companion Donald Cottingham of Clarksburg and Nicole Morrison of Shinnston, one brother, Carl Morrison Jr. of Clarksburg; one sister, Christina McPherson and husband Nile of Salem; one niece; several great nieces, nephews, sister in laws and brother in laws.

Lisa loved to garden, fish, do crafts, spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors.

The family will receive friends at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 South Pike Street, Shinnston, WV 26431, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 2:00-8:00PM.  A funeral service will be held at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 South Pike Street, Shinnston, WV 26431, on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 11:00AM with Pastor Tim Sandy Officiating.  Interment will follow at Broad Run Baptist Cemetery.
