Linda Lou (Mealo) Campbell

Linda Lou (Mealo) Campbell, 76 of Suffolk, VA passed away on April 2,2025 surrounded by her family.

She was born in Fairmont, WV on August 24,1948 to the late Felix Mealo and Ammie “Jean” May (Tucker) Mealo.

Linda enjoyed cooking, baking, and loved time with family & Friends. She was an avid supporter for fundraising for the Marion County Special Olympics during the ‘90’s.

She is survived by one son Sam Campbell and wife Tracy, two granddaughters, Beth Bosworth and husband Larry, Emily Greear and husband Slaten all of Suffolk, VA. One brother Felix “Jim” Mealo of Rachel, WV, two sisters Darlena Stansberry of Fairmont, WV Debra Layman and companion Bob Hall of Rivesville, WV, Brother in law Chris Dick of Fairmont, WV as well as many nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband Harvey Campbell, sister Gloria Dick, daughter in law Sandy Campbell, brother in law Don Stansberry & sister in law Nila Mealo.

In Honoring Linda’s wishes she was cremated in Suffolk, VA under the care of Legacy Cremation Services of Suffolk, VA.

 A graveside service will be held on Saturday 11:00AM, April 26, 2025 at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Fairmont, WV.
