Kenneth Wayne Martz

Kenneth Wayne Martz, 45, of Philippi, passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital on Saturday, June 4, 2022.  He was born in Clarksburg on November 15, 1976, son of the late Steven Jackson Martz and Lois Jean Craig Martz.

He had worked at the Philippi Inn as a busboy and loved bowling.

Kenneth is survived by his brother, Sammy Joe Martz of Clarksburg;  five aunts:  Shirley Martin of Shinnston, Barbara Martin and husband Charles of Mannington, Alice Morgan and companion Dennis of Lumberport, Brenda Quinn of Worthington and Pam Drain and husband Mike of Shinnston; three uncles:  Bruce Craig and companion Marla of Shinnston, Brad Craig and companion Rhonda of Shinnston and Dr. Michael Roy Martz and wife Sharon of NC. 

In addition to his parents, Kenneth is preceded in death by two uncles:  Terry Martin and Richard Craig.

Graveside service will he held on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11:00am at Shinnston Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Brian Plum officiating.
