Ina R. "Cookie" Frazier, widow of James W. Frazier, passed peacefully May 11, 2013 at her residence after an extended illness in her 73rd year. She was born on March 19, 1940 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Hubert E. Williams and Virginia Alice Williams Boone. Mrs. Frazier was retired from Anchor-Hocking with 28 years of service and was of the Christian Faith. Surviving are her son Rodney Kickel of Mt. Clare; step-sons Marlin "Marty" Frazier of Stonewood, and Steve Frazier (Ruth) of Clarksburg; brother Leroy Williams (Barbara) of Stonewood; half brother William "Bud" Boone (Karen) of West Milford; sister Nina Leisure of Lorain, Ohio; sister-in-law Willa Jean Frazier Green of Stonewood; several nieces and nephews; four step-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; and special furry friend Ringo. In addition to her recent husband and parents she was preceded by her first husband Robert T. Kickel; step-daughter Linda Kent; sister Jeanette Catlett; brothers-in-law Harley Leisure, Joseph Catlett, Francis Frazier, Bernard Frazier, Joe Frazier, and Martin Frazier. Visitation 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Davis Funeral Home. Funeral service 11:00 am, Thursday, May 16, 2013 in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home.
