Evelyn Louise (Luchuck) Greynolds

Evelyn Louise Greynolds, 67, of Horner, passed away at United Hospital Center on January 17, 2019.  She was born in Clarksville, Tennessee on October 27, 1951, the daughter of the late John Junior and Edith Louise (Netzer) Luchuck.

Evelyn was a 1970 graduate of Victory High School.  She worked at the VA Hospital as a Dietetics Aid for over 30 years.  She loved NASCAR racing, fishing, watching soap operas and especially spending time with her grandkids.

In addition to her parents Evelyn was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger “Bimbo” Luchuck and Ervin Lee Luchuck; one sister, Cassandra Luchuck; and one half-brother Edward Netzer.

Those left behind to cherish Evelyn’s memory include her two daughters, Brook Clutter and her husband, Travis of Bridgeport and Noel Shaver and her husband, Joe of Pennsboro; one son, J.D. Luchuck and his wife, Lisa of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Raeleigh Shaver, Xander Clutter and Sawyer Clutter; four brothers, John Luchuck and his wife, Joan of Wilsonburg, Ronald “Cobb” Luchuck and his wife, Laura of Wallace; Robert “Moose” Luchuck and his wife, Sandra also of Wallace and her half-brother, Tom Waitman Netzer of California; four sisters, Marie Shaw and her husband, Alan of Wallace, Margaret Patton and her husband, Paul of Nevada, Tammie Tate and her husband, Skip of Meadowbrook and Shari Duckworth and her husband, Tom of Worthington; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends at Dorsey Funeral Home 701 South Pike St., Shinnston, WV 26431, on Sunday, January 20, 2019, from 2:00-8:00pm and again on Monday, January 21, 2019, from 9:00am until the time of service at 11:00am with Pastor Frank Shipley officiating.  Interment will follow at the Lumberport Lions Club Cemetery.
