Doris Jean (Fink) Orr

Doris Jean Orr, 70, of Wallace, WV, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at United Hospital Center.  She was born in Ronceverte, WV on June 4, 1951 to the late Edgar and Ceila (Fleshman) Fink.

Doris worked for Eagle Convex Glass as a glass polisher for 20 years.  She also worked as an office manager for Preferred Properties.  Doris enjoyed fishing, hunting, horseback riding, swimming and boating.  She is a member of Forward Church in Clarksburg, WV.

Doris is survived by her husband of 32 years, Daniel Orr.  They were married on August 19, 1989.  Her son, Larry Dustin Saunders of Huntington, WV; brother, Paul Persinger and wife Monica of Allentown, PA.; granddaughter, April Dawn Saunders of Fairmont, WV; father in law and mother in law, Edgar and Judy Orr of Wallace, WV; brother in law, Ben Batton and wife Becky of Wallace, WV.; sister in law, Renee Orr of Wallace, WV.; uncle, Truman Shaw and wife Carol of East Canton, OH.; niece, Cheyenne Batton, as well as several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 11am until time of service, 1pm with Pastor Mark Greaver officiating, at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 S. Pike St., Shinnston, WV.  Interment to follow at Wallace Lions Cemetery in Wallace, WV.
