Beverly Jo Palmer, age 75, of Clarksburg passed away at Clarksburg Nursing and Rehab on June 27, 2013. She was born June 21, 1938 in Harrison County; daughter of the late Benjamin Fowler and Willamae Henthorn. She is survived by three children; Brian Palmer and wife Gina of Clarksburg, Richard Palmer and companion Annette of Lost Creek, Kimberly Nicewander and husband Robert of Hollidaysburg, PA; six grandchildren; Lacey Palmer, Emma Palmer, Whitney Bombardiere, Bayley Palmer, Kelsey Palmer, Katelyn Nicewander; four brothers Richard Fowler and wife Mary Ann, Luke Fowler and wife Jan, Timothy Fowler, Dell Shields and wife Melinda; three sisters, Dolores Slay and husband Mitch, Karen Compton and husband Jerry; Sissy Cokeley and husband Mike and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Everett Roy Palmer. Beverly worked for the Harrison County Board of Education as a Cook at Wilsonburg Elementary School. She was a Methodist by faith. She enjoyed reading, yard work and was devoted to her family. A special thank you to the staff of Clarksburg Nursing and Rehab for all their compassion. Friends will be received at Davis Funeral Home Friday, June 28, 2013 from 2:00PM - 8:00PM; services will be held at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 1:30PM with Reverend Robert Marino officiating.
