Marian E (Kelley) McIntire 85, of Enterprise, WV passed away on January 4, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Marian was born March 30, 1933 in Leadmine, WV, the daughter of the late Noah Paul and Nina Evelyn Hauser Kelley. Marian was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. She graduated from Parsons High School, Class of 1951. She worked at Brockway Glass, Continental Can and Hazel Atlas Glass. She last worked for Dr. Leveaux and Dr. Wolfe as office manager. Marian was a member of the Enterprise United Methodist Church where she was in the choir and involved in all activities including, making apple butter, pepperoni rolls, bread and getting the Fellowship Building built. She enjoyed collecting frogs, doing crafts, quilts and crocheting. In addition to her parents Marian was preceded in death by her husband Donald Lee McIntire Sr., her son Donald Lee McIntire Jr., two grandsons Jacob Roy Burns and Matthew Dayton Burns. Those left behind to cherish Marian’s memory include her three sons Paul D. and wife Sharon McIntire Enterprise; Curtis M. and wife Kim McIntire of Enterprise; Jeffrey D. and wife Katy McIntire of Maryville TN; one daughter Nina Burns and husband Mark of Shinnston; daughter in law Roberta McIntire of Shinnston, nine granddaughters Amber Dawn and husband Dale Jeffers, April Jean McIntire, Alicia Renee and husband Cade Cassell, Rachel Marie McIntire and fiancé Andrew Mushnick, Ashley Marie Finley and fiancé Ian Minor, Jamie Nichole and husband Jayson Harris, Jessica Susanne Bishop, Dorajane North, Sara Davis and husband Justin; five grandsons; Adam Paul McIntire, Jeffery Allen and wife Brittany McIntire, Mark Allen Jr. and wife Madeline Burns, Andrew Wesley and wife Melissa Brooke Burns, Noah David and wife Trisha Kelley; nineteen great grandchildren; four siblings, Robert Leon Kelley and wife Delores, Leadmine, WV, Harold Kelley, Clarksburg, Benjamin Kelley and companion Brenda, TX, Dennis Kelley and wife Granada, Parsons; aunt Lavera Kelley, Lead Mine, WV; special niece, Terry Hill; along with several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to caregivers, her granddaughter Rachel and fiancé Andrew and Lisa Woody. The family will receive friends at Dorsey Funeral Home, 701 South Pike St., Shinnston, WV 26431, on Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 1-7PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday January 7, 2019 at 11:00AM with Pastor Brian Plum officiating Interment will follow at Enterprise I.O.O.F Cemetery.
